  2. The time limit for returning the goods is 28 days from the date of shipment from us to you.
  3. We endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt. After this, you should expect to see your funds back into your account within 3 - 5 working days depending on how your card provides processes refunds.
  4. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
  5. You are responsible for the postage cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
  6. When returning an item for an exchange, i.e. for another size or colour please be aware a small fee will apply to cover postage.
  7. We will notify you of the exact amount before sending out the replacement item.
  8. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition with original package and labels.
  9. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of any Personal Protective Equipment including climbing equipment and helmets unless faulty. This would be dealt with under warranty and returns.
  10. All products are guaranteed against failure due to defective workmanship or materials, but this excludes faults caused by accidents, neglect or misuse. The guarantee is in line with the guarantee policy stipulated by the product manufacturer.

Closely related to our popular and well-proven Baltoro Jacket, the Jokla takes its performance to an even higher level with exceptionally high-quality 800 fill power goose down. At first glance, it may look like any other down jacket, but its unique construction makes this one of the best-performing and most versatile down jackets in our range, a proven piece for serious and sustained use in the mountains.

Most narrow baffle down jackets are extremely light and packable, but their many stitch lines leak heat in cold and windy conditions. The Jokla completely removes this issue with a unique dual-layer offset baffle construction that’s backed up by heat-reflective internal fabric. With only a marginal increase in weight, it offers a much higher level of insulation that makes it the perfect option for everything from multi-day ski touring to remote mountaineering and trekking.

Equally important is the cut: with a protective, helmet-compatible hood and high collar, the Jokla maximises your warmth even in exposed, windy conditions where many lightweight jackets start to let you down.

Packing away small into its hand pocket, the Jokla is a big boost of warmth that will fit in even the smallest pack or clip onto the back of a harness until needed.
